The use of the forms is intended to be simple, just follow these few guidelines:
- The form is composed of a series of questions which must be answered from a drop-down list, except where otherwise indicated next to the answer areas. Click on the coloured area and the list icon will appear.
- Questions must be answered in the order in which they are presented. If you go back to a question to change your answer, it is better to answer the following questions again (even if you have the same answer). Some features may no longer be available in the drop-down list due to technical incompatibility.
- On the one hand, the compulsory fields of the form appear in orange until they’re answered. On the other hand, optional fields are already displayed in blue and the answer for optional features is already “No (default)”, if required, select “YES” from the drop-down list.
- For some questions, according to the choice made in the drop-down list, an image appears that illustrates that choice and changes according to the answer.
